Ages-Family Tree Database - (Shareware) Well thought-out, comfortable in work, with big amount of bringing data. Particularly good its graphic reports: very demonstrative, well configured. But... in unregistered variant You can introduce data about not more than 50 persons. This programm creates data in format GEDCOM. 

Brother's Keeper - (Shareware) Very good in work. In unregistered versions has some restrictions. This programm can convert data in/from GEDCOM format.

GenoPro - (Freeware)

GeneWeb - (Freeware) Work with interface of program is realized in Internet-browser. Gives on viewing ensemble of reports in HTML format.

Personal Ancestral File - (Freeware) From free-of-charge programs the most sated. Allows to transform data in/from format GEDCOM.

Online Family Tree - free internet-service, creates and accommodates genealogical database on server.

All these program can not only to create databases, connect to him external textual or photographic files for viewing, insert commentary, but and  can prepare for printout textual or graphic reports on your request.
